Chambolle-Musigny Pinot Noir

Dark red cherry, star anise, clove, dark floral. Great energy and freshness. In a nice spot, but plenty of life ahead.

Needs some air and then a burger

More development than I'd have expected but still up there. Bricked in colour but powerful palate with sweeter fruits.

Lovely now. Ignore the infanticide police!

Sappy, high acidity that paired perfectly with Cantonese food, even a whiff of truffle and vanilla, biscuity aromas, bit of pepper on the palate
