Lovely. Fresh. Bright. Showing so well. Becoming more and more impressed with CdP '11s.

Domaine Charvin Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2011: 2012 was still a bit to tight and close – but the 2011, a full bodied and ample, pleasant fruity notes over a “Garrigues” touch, still young but starts to show well – long maceration, no-stemming; alcoholic fermentation in concrete tank, daily pump-over.

As always, classic CdP. Structure, length, complexity. Lovely.
