An odd one for #tourdefrance 2017 stage 11 as we near the Pyrenees. Carmel color with crisp acid and some cooked apple flavors. A bit of nuttiness in finish so wonder about oxidized but very crisp. Paired with Roquefort.

Lots of acidity and length. Great with grilled fish.

2012 vintage. Nose is muted. Maybe a little pear and lemon peel. Palate is clean and neutral with very high acidity. A touch of bitterness at the end. Very enjoyable without having to think hard about it.

2012. Borderline orange wine. Really cool. Strong acid, grip, slightly oxidized, mineral.
