This lovely village chambolle from this gifted wine maker is doing very well at the ages of 11-, it is still lively and delicious, deep Ruby with a hint of brown, nose of cassis, mushrooms, leather and earth with a touch of spicy cherries, medium to full body, mild round tannins and great acidity. A pleasant finish. A lovely wine. My score 88, drink to 2017

Aug 9th, 2016My second out of 6 bought a while ago. Tasting note holds firm. This one a bit more ready than the first I had, showing great elegance and finesse. Ruby with a touch of terra rosa, elegant and appealing nose of red fruits, Black Forest fruits and notes of smoke animality and a touch of barnyard, medium body with great acidity, firm yet smooth tannins, that mellow over time. Luxurious finish. My score 90, drink to 2024
