2005, This delightful dessert wine was tasted double blind and is by far the best Jurancon I had to date. The wine is made out of Petit Manseng, and is as rich and complex as some of the top desert wines out there. Jurancon is one of those AOCs that fortunately were not discovered globally yet, so wines are reasonably priced, even this masterpiece for its quality. Wine has deep golden color. Atempting nose full of flowers, honey, orange piles, dry apricot, marmalade des citron, and more, full round smooth creamy body, with lovely sweetness and excellent balancing acidity. A long delicious yummy finish! Go for it ! My score 93, drink to 2020.

2007 - Clean dry. Not cloyingly sweet. Just beautiful balance of fragrance and sweetness.

Constantly evolving play between dried fig/apricot, spicy earth, and roasted/spiced/honeyed nuts. Came alive with pâté.
