Sustainable with the organic grapes. Thus the green label perhaps? Deep dark color. Hint of fresh cut Italian herbs (tarragon, marjoram, basil, oregano, etc) with some blackberry and cherry. Flavors are dry, juicy and dense if a little short. Plenty of plum skins. Label says cassis and bell pepper. Yup. And violet candies. This is pretty on point Cab Franc. Reminds me of the Loire ones I’ve had. Very chewy. High in tannins. But with wet stones and pine needles too.
