Color of bubbly dark purple. Color is saturated. Nice legs. Nose of beautiful black cherry and blackberry, strawberry, ample acidity, currants, aldehyde, a bit tobacco leaves, a bit oak, and indeed a bit minty. Nose is decent. Taste of cigar box, refined acidity and mellow tannins, zest, dark fruits, mineral, and just a bit overpowering bitterness. Taste is quite dense and mouthful, and just a tiny bit sweet. Aftertaste is also quite long with addition of some black pepper note. Quite good.
