Color of clear burgundy with slow flowing legs. Nose of tasty cocoa beans, ripe and sweet raspberries, cranberries, a bit strawberries, a bit blue cheese and oyster, and a touch of vanilla and salinity. Taste of peppery notes, cranberries, refreshing texture, creamy vanilla, a bit zesty, and little acidity with round and subtle sweetness. Aftertaste of grapefruit bittersweetness, berry notes, and lingering quite a bit. The wine is light and easy with enough complexity to enjoy in a hot weather. I am not sure why it doesn't please the crowds on delectable.com
