Quarterback McLaren Vale Red Blend

This was a great vertical tasting of Maclaren Vale's Quarterback 2004 to 2007. The 2004 Shiraz 26%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Merlot 25% & Grenache. The 2005 Shiraz 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 27%, Merlot 22%, and Grenache 21%. The 2006 Shiraz 27%, Cabernet Sauvignon 23%, Merlot 25% and Grenache 25%. The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Merlot 27%, Shiraz 26% and Grenache 17%.

Excellent Good fruit flavor. Lots of blueberries. Still fresh. Not over the top but very fruitful.
