Feel like I dipped into this case 10 years too early. In many ways a nicely drinking wine but still in the gap between primary and secondary. The up-front blackcurrent leaf and blackberry notes are fading but the elusive cigarbox, truffle, and earthy tones have not yet started unfolding. I'd give it another 6 years minimum.

80% Cab, 7% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Pinot, 3% Syrah. Green and vegetal - smelled like Cab Franc, but with Mediterranean warmth and dry herbs beneath. Quite a mouthful of tannins. A bit overrated, I think. I have yet to be wowed by this wine.
