Clear, filtered. This sake is amazing! Flavors of honeydew melon, white flowers and a sweet pear finish.

As the 39 warms it just gets more delicious. I still lean 23 over this BUT there is just no way you can’t enjoy this and could enjoy it all night long

A wonderful sake hand delivered from a new friend from just outside Tokyo visiting the US. Medium dry with a lovely light banana first taste moving quickly to stone fruit finish. Highly recommended of you can find it.
