Some effervescent at first but it blew off. Cherry, dried herbs. Great with my favorite food, duck.

Juicy and fruity and very much like a beaujolais alone. With spiced chicken legs you suddenly taste tannins and alcohol that were preciously hidden. Would be better paired with a burger or a grilled steak with minimal spices.
