Rossese di Dolceacqua

Apple for a split second before descending gloriously into rose and berries, and ending with a funky salty kick. Great with meat ragu. Gotta love italian mountain wines.

Lovely, herbal and spicy, sour cherry. Delicate and yet intense and concentrated (flavor, not extraction). Reminiscent of Burlotto pelaverga to me.
