Forget all the expensive wines. When good Cru Beaujolais hits, almost nothing is as good. Paired with pan seared salmon, lentils and acorn squash with garam masala. This wine offers aromas of forest fruits, graphite/black minerals and a seamless texture from entry to finish. Just singing right now.
