Dark fruit on the nose: blueberry, black cherry, plum, bay leaf. Flavors are consistent with the nose, with an emphasis on plum and blueberry. Soft acidity and a gentle finish.

Pours translucent ruby. Aroma of dark cherries and raisins? Soft berry and strawberries upfront. A dry semi tart dry middle with a quick finish. "Bigger" in taste than most Pinots.

Nice dark fruit and red berries. Bold for a Pinot. Nice finish. Had the 2012 vintage.

Go-to for BYOB as this pairs beautifully with almost anything. Medium bodied and mouthfeel, balanced acidity and fruit, high notes like sweet cherry and cranberry but something in the lower range gives it wide food appeal. This is the 2012, hard to find, bought all I could on deep discount, running low. What is the 13 like?
