A really fun, very crushable sparkling. This one clocks in at 10% so it’s definitely a patio pounder. Pours with a rich mousse and has a nose of green strawberries. On the palate there is a bit of an off-dry lactose feel and the finish ends with figs and raspberry.

Delicious. Tasted like more. A slight sweetness, some creaminess in the bubbles. Quite nice.

Very clean for a pet nat! A hint of melon. When it lost some bubbles, it really turned into a light beer. Maybe this is the beer of champagnes.
