This is a little too funky for my taste. Tastes really fresh and unbalanced, and the bubbles only accentuate that unstructured taste

Tight & gassy start, tho after a quick & vigorous decanting she opened right up as a juicy, brightly textured stunner. Potently joyous. $22

Nice with a little chill. Ate with deeply deeply funky cheese. Maybe no need to drink again but pleasant
