A gift! Opened July 8, 2018. Allowed to sit open 1 hr. At room temp to bring out aroma and taste. Good body, unique aroma with black cherry and chocolate but mild and earthy. Dry and tasteful if allowed to linger in your mouth. Wonderful with hand rubbed baby back ribs grilled over 3h outside at 350F. Enjoy!!!

Very aggressive tannins. Leather, blackberries, baking spices, black pepper, earthiness.
