A amazing...!!! Eucalyptus. Oak some minty hints..still vibrant. Is this a Barolo?? Drying tannins...yes definitely but a modern expression of it. I think they use French barriques here... supposedly 2003 was a hot year and the wine would not hold up... guess what??? It did and it can still go for another 5, maybe 8 or 10 more years... there are no even signs of oxidation.. the color is vibrant ruby... this is why I drink wine !!!
