I was predisposed not to like this wine because of some bad experiences with the maker. But, I liked it. It has a high-tone nose of plums and new leather. On the palate, slight spice, bright plums, decent acid and tannins. Has some character that a lot of mass market Malbec is missing.

Thought I’d try a Chilean Malbec for a change. Quite nice and smooth. Probably should breath for a while

Deliciously smooth fruits (blueberry and caramel) with good kick of spice. Mild tannins.
