Seems to have improved a bit with additional age.

At home. Bought this from the winery as a courtesy purchase during a tasting that was recommended and set up by a local vineyard owner and winemaker. This was the best of what we tasted. Then they charged us for the tasting. If I knew we were being charged I wouldn’t have made the purchase. One and done for Comstock. Not a big merlot fan.

A great surprise, bright fruit and a potting soil and tannins mid palate. Was a great summer red with a big grilled steak.

Well, Delectable can't figure out that it's actually the merlot. Merlot is good, anyway.
