Nice fruity intensity on the nose, mirrored on the palate at first but lost toward the end, where the body turns thin, the finish is unexpectedly mineral and quite short. Still, it is good value. Mostly recommended with simple salads, raw fish (sashimi) or by itself as an aperitif.
