Great example of Yarra Pinot & proof that Aus can craft great examples from the right cool terroirs. More generous that Burgundy but nonetheless elegant and varietally pure, this Pinot still retains nice ripe tannins as it ages gracefully.

Restoring some faith. Truffley notes, cranberry juice, rhubarb compote, earthiness, smoked meats and juicy sour cherry. Reasonable length and juicy acidity, great intensity of flavours in the mouth too.
