Smooth tannins with notes of blue fruit. Enjoyed even more as the evening progressed and it had time to breathe.

Incredibly tart unless paired with food. If eating the tartness accentuates the flavors in your food. Should be allowed to breathe.

Very mellow taste though smells earthy and sharp. I'd probably drink this again if I was eating heavy flavorful foods, but wouldn't drink it by itself. A bit diluted taste.
