Oh Lambrusco, may my heart stand still- never stray for too long without you: fine, persistent mouse & bubbles; pink rose color, wild strawberries & raspberries on the nose, & remarkable fresh, lip smacking acidity. Lighter Sorbara varietal went well surprisingly with food. Very elegant
