Jun 1st, 2017Guessing this is Giorgio Clai's white field blend. Skinsy made of Istrian Malvasia, Savvy B, and Gris. Elegant and very clean at the tasting. Flinty too. No bitter phenolics - just great texture and aromatics. Somehow reminds me of Radikon's Pinot Gris, how this wine was built. Bought a bottle, so will report back in.
