Cibonne
Cuvée Prestige Caroline Tibouren Rose
Côtes de Provence, Provence, FranceI seldom drink rosé, unless it’s champagne of course, but the appelaing recipe and heritage of Clos Cibonne caught my intention.
The Cuvée Prestige Caroline is a very pleasing rosé indeed, the elevage in oak adds a comforting and balance complexity, taking those fresh red fruit character and adding a well portioned chunk of vanilla whipped cream to the canvas, a broad texture is gracefully being led by a fresh spine, creating a balanced interplay throughout the finish.
