Love the barrel for this wine. It’s a keg for a party and this is a big draw and a lot of fun.

The wine itself is also for a crowd. Nothing complicated or interesting about it but good as a background tool and to get the job done. Dark oak and vanilla flavors, lots of bruised fruit. Slight chocolate? It might be a little old. Easy to drink without offending a diverse group of palates.

First 'barrel' of wine. Huge taste jump in the first 5 days and then fairly stable.
