Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Silky body. Earthy and dry. Big old world character, almost musty.

Rich and deep. Worthy of a fine steak.

Picked this up on sale, was a good buy. But not my speed really. Pretty dry.

Dec 7, 2015. Tucson. Nice Bordeaux blend, more Cab, less Merlot in a his blend, probably why I like it so much! 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot (noted for 2010 vintage).

Solid cru bourgeois. A little too much wood, but well integrated fruit and a lot of earth.

Good dinner wine. Great for beginners who need a Bordeaux introduction.
