Classic method from Loire region, 13%. Organic wine made with Chenin Blanc grapes. Rich, intense, golden yellow color. Nose is initially quite closed, but it's intriguing. In the mouth it's well structured, very acidic and alcoholic too. Honey, licorice root, and rather sapid. Fine bubbles. 81/100
