46% Cabernet, 32% Merlot, 13% Cab Franc, 9% Petite Verdot
Medium deep ruby with the rim just going brick. Soft on the palate with medium (+) body, medium acidity and medium tannin - well-balanced, very elegant with black cherry, cassis, blackberry, tobacco - very fresh and aging shockingly well

Still needs time but pretty good evolution at this point. Juicy strawberries and cherries. 5 more years in bottle and it's good to go.

Merlot, chocolate violets on nose. Vanilla cedar clove. Black fruit med + tannins. Med acidity. Very nice cold vintage!

Knew this might have issues as the cork had more staining that it should have. 1hr+ decant. Great nose of dark cherries, graphite, and earth. Wine was not as robust or deep as past bottles. There was a medicinal element to it that was unattractive and out of place. Slightly biting finish. All things point to an off bottle and probably poor storage/handling by the seller. Wasn’t bad by any stretch, but not what should be expected.

Blown away by this second label! Honestly, not much difference from the first, which is crazy as 2006 was an okay vintage.

1 hour plus decant. Unique color of dark red with brownish tones resembling a prune maybe. Fantastic nose of black cherry, smoke, and graphite. Wine is well balanced with just the perfect amount of oak. Lovely velvety texture. Depth is good, but not like the 1st label. Medium plus finish. Obviously great value!

Strawberries, herbs, and smokey notes. Good but needs more time.
