Wow. Super interesting especially as a more “natural wine” without sulphates. While it still does have some of the funkiness, what really shines through is the quality of the old vines and the grapes it produces. Super yummy, complex dark red fruits with a bit of earthiness.

First night Pinot Noir, next day a true Cabernet character. Very pleasant and out of common path wine.
