L'Express is a simple French bistro in Flatiron that is as uncomplicated as it is delightful. And it does corkage. I brought along this 2013 Lascombes. It wasn't much to speak of at first but throughout the meal the wine started to open up rather nicely. By the last glass this wine was as uncomplicated as it was delightful.
