Blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Sauvignon Gris, aged 6 months in oak (50% new), pale lemon-green color with aromas of tropical and stone fruits with herb and oak notes. On the palate flavors of melon, apple and grapefruit with peppers and a touch of herbs. Medium length, lively acidity, ending with a fruit and mineral character. Good to drink now.

This is a young wine, pale straw colour. All kinds of meadowy springtime nuances on both nose and palate. Green apple, fresh cut herbs, elderflower and grapefruit, as well.
