Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhone Blend

Wow. A '01 really takes you down mellow lane. Raisin infused berries.

Just opening up as we finished the magnum. Shows dried red fruits and lingering spice notes.

Past it's prime but had interesting aromas of petrol and rubbery chemical. On the palate the same with some slight under ripe fruits. Would have drank better a few years back.

Wonderfully balanced cdp! Great texture, fruit and aromas.

Earthy strawberry with some cranberry, spice, black cherry, tobacco for sure, cigar. Great balance between smooth tannin and acidity hats adds juicy length to the mineral in the finish ...it’s good man.

Elegant, nyanserad, spännande komplexitet, kraftfull på gränsen till spritig, härlig bouquet. Ett vin som får andra vin att inte smaka bra. #mums
