Though at one time this wine may have been good, it was not when we had it. Maybe it was stored improperly or maybe our pallets were off because of the food we had eaten, but the wine was not enjoyable. It started with a light, fruitiness which was immediately followed by a harsh bite that lasted long after swallowed. It was far from smooth and silky. We were dining at the Belvedere Inn in a Lancaster, PA.
