Tasted over the course of 3 hours with very little development other than aromas and flavors of "graphite like" minerals. Drink now.

Sweet and plummy, pencil shavings, red pepper, tobacco, nicely balanced. It’s not like winter is coming for this wine, but autumn has definitely set in. Time to drink up.
