Y Ygrec Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

So interesting to have tried this against the '11 with Lurton himself. Right away the nose is clearly a youthful sauvignon blanc. Nothing like the nose of the '11 already. But some unique factors must be considered. '12 is a declassified year and the first year Y was vinified in SS tanks.

A baby, but delicious. Pineapple, pineapple and did I mention pineapple? Waxed, apricot, peach, yellow apple. Love to see in 5 years

I wouldn't say it's dry, necessarily, but it's super tasty.

Tropical wonderland. Honey, pineapple, lychee 😍

Nose is Sauvignon for sure. Starts off with a sweet, honey note that turns into pear for me. Acidity is certainly there. Very interesting. Would love to try it again in five years and 10 years.

年月が経ち熟成したらもっと良くなるのかしら。。
それにしてもボトル¥27000は高過ぎる！！
