2015v. Interesting nose of grapefruit pith, a little white flowers, and white pepper. Lots of ripe dry grapefruit on the palette with a little splash of palette cleansing acidity. The most notable thing about this wine is the body- it has a medium weight with a little bit of a rocky/mineral finish. I imagine it would be very nice with any simply prepared chicken or seafood, or even grilled kabobs. Well crafted and easy drinking, especially when supporting food. 60% grenache blanc/40% roussanne. 13% ABV.
