Feb 11th, 2016Dark purple, clear. Very jammy on the nose with ripe strawberries, some pepper, I do get some nail polish remover, slate minerality. Palette sees wet dirt/gravel earthiness, with the sour cherries and jammy notes coming late in finish. Medium- body, dry, medium acid.
