Tar, cedar, black currant and maybe a little bit of red currant too. It's a very nice, noble nose. The palate is well designed. A strong acid drive, a good width with a nice matter on the side, a bit of a grain which expands in the rear to create a nice wall of tannins which are now well integrated. The finish shows a nice blossoming fruit, these fine tannins too, creating some asperities, a nice, noble bitter note appears at the very end. It's a bit under the 2 previous vintages I tasted but it's a very good wine for the vintage.

Shows good typicity of Bordeaux with red and black fruits, well integrated pyrazines, and new French oak. Tannins are supple and it's easy to drink. Medium plus body at best.
