This delicious red blend from “that” Caymus is medium bodied, full of mocha and bright cherry fruits, with a lingering dusty finish. There is a bit of residual sugar, but not so much as to be unpleasant. It worked very well as a cocktail red.

On Princess Sun doing the special Caymus Wine dinner. This is something that I’ve not seen before. An ok wine. Not sure of the price point. This is a blend of Zinfandel and Syrah.
