This brings a little complexity on the nose - strawberry, passionfruit, rose pedals, and limestone. Soft, fresh and juicy, with a stream of mineralogy down the tongue. Finished with a little acid and persistence, especially for rose. This is a classic Rhone blend with a little Vermentino in the mix.

Very light and smooth. A bit too boring. Needs more flavor, kind of dull. Paired with Pad Kee Mao.
