Surprisingly sweet with honey, lychee, ginger, honeysuckle, and succulent peach. Quite marvelous Alsace deliciousness. Went with my chicken tikka masala very well. Sweet matched the spices. A slight bit of that Gewürtz pepperiness at the end but only noticeable after it’s opened up a bit.
