Beaumont Chinon Cabernet Franc

Perfect

Still plenty of life left. A lot of pyrazines and acidity happening

So so lean... Good bottle. Pure leafy cherry funk. As it should be.

Wasn't quite sure at the start since the cork looked completely ruined...but the wine was actually still well preserved. Amazingly, still bright and lively but much softer and weathered. Could be a little bret in there but not enough to be completely defining. Still fun and still a 31 year old magnum.

So insanely fresh and awesome for their younger drinking Beaumont wine. Yum!

Happiness. Looked incredible. Is Rudi K in the Loire now;)

Lively & balanced cab franc @ 30 years. Dark fruit, dried herbs, wild mushrooms.
