Either it died in storage, getting baked, or this became over extracted, hot, & imbalanced in production. Whatever happened, I can’t drink it. Bummer. I did have high hopes.

Dried prune, stewed dark fruit, raisiny, interesting in the nose. Mineral with Long finish. Med plus tannin.
