Golden with greenish tints. Honey bomb nose with hints of oily wrench. Classic. Great upfront minerality. Structure is still solid, chewy acid holding up like a boss even at 21 years old. Sweet and tart. Everyone needs a taste.

Feb 13th, 2016Honey, berry, oily petrol notes are fairly restrained on the nose, sweet honey and melon upfront morphs into nicely acidic lemony tartness in the back, no petrol in the palate...think this is better than the first bottle I opened.

Can drink all night... Perfect balance of sweet and tart. No sign of age, bright fruit and such a pretty nose one might forget to sip.

1994 still fresh. Acid not as bright as it could be, but a wine with some serious depth. Not bad #WholeFoods Gilman!
