Blackcap Raspberry Northwest Style Sour Ale

2014. Intense raspberry balanced with basil, mint, and black pepper. Fantastic.

This is Cascade Indigo Montoya. Nose is blackberry and grape jam. On the palate, blackberry, eucalyptus, passion fruit. Oddly tannic (in a good way) - I guess this must be coming from the elderberries. Long, jammy finish. Outstanding!
