Valle de Parras Cabernet Sauvignon

Smells very nice. Acidity is medium. Goes well with grilled spicy meats.

Rich but not overbearing.

Salty and lighter Cabernet with fruit tones. Really nice and different. Unexpected as this is my first Mexican wine. It's the oldest winery in North America 1597. In Mexico, Fairmont Mayakoba in Playa Del Carmen. August 2017.

Fruit forward and smooth

Surprisingly good Mexican wine, a first for me. From Baja.
