Was a great experience for a Mexican wine in Mexico City. Wow, not what I expected. Great nose, with a very purple-black color. Excellent ripe fruits and a good last. Wish I could get this in the states.

Who knew wines from Mexico would taste so amazing! The land of Tequila somehow made this right. Made from the oldest winery in the Americas, this wine is surprisingly light to medium bodied, with beautiful ripe fruit and distinguished tannins. A must try. Btw this is from the same region as where my family is from. ❤️

Really enjoying this wine. Cut pine logs, cherry and dry spices on the nose. Full bodied but somewhat silky; it embraces the mid pallet quite well. Very shot finish however...
